1. Introduction

Welcome to All in One Season. These terms and conditions set out the rules of using this website www.allinoneseason.co.uk. it also outlines the terms of purchasing our floral designs, homewares and ceramics as well as booking our events and workshops.

By accessing this website and placing an order or booking an event, you agree and are bound by these Terms under English law.

2. Products and Services

We supply floral designs, homewares, ceramics and host events and workshops. All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2.1 Custom Orders

Bespoke floral arrangements and larger/ heavier items may require additional packing and processing time.

 

3. Delivery and Risk

Orders are dispatched within 10 business days. Delivery times depend on location and courier services.

3.1 Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

4. Payment and Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP (£), VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept Debit and Credit Card payments. All transactions comply with UK consumer protection regulations.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving non-personalised items.

5.1 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@allinoneseason.co.uk. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused condition at your expense.

5.2 Floral Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect orders.

 

6. Damage Upon Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours, providing photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and may issue a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in us being unable to provide compensation.

7. Events and Workshops

7.1 Booking & Payments

Places for events and workshops must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

7.2 Cancellation & Non-Attendance

  • Non-Refundable Policy: If you do not attend a booked event or workshop, your payment is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel your booking, refunds will not be issued unless stated otherwise in the event description.

  • Cancellations by Us: If an event or workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

7.3 Transfers & Substitutions

You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us at least 14 days before the event. We must approve all substitutions before attendance.

7.4 Liability & Participation

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation in events or workshops.

  • Attendees must follow health and safety guidelines provided by our instructors.

 

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to fulfil orders as soon as possible.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by AllinoneSeason and protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

 

10. Liability and Disclaimers

We provide products in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring they meet satisfactory quality standards. However, we are not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond our control.
